Gov. Bambi Emano handed the Php 6,547,500.00 check to El Salvador City Mayor Edgar Lignes as 1st Tranche of the Bottoms-Up Budgeting (BUB) Program for LGU Priority projects by DILG. The amount was channeled thru the Provincial Government while waiting for the LGU to complete the necessary papers. The governor expressed his gladness that unlike before, BUB Project Implementation now will be faster and more transparent because there is no political bias and there will be fair distribution among LGUs by the current DILG Leadership.
