The Capitol Heavy Equipments and dump trucks helped some Barangays in Cagayan de Oro City in cleaning up the garbage and thick mud as aftermath of Typhoon Vinta. Gov. Bambi Emano ordered Heavy Equipment in-charge Mr. Jun Dy to deploy capitol resources to help in the clearing operations to make the residents’ Christmas and New Year more pleasant. “Avoid talking politics, just HELP”, Gov. Bambi Emano said.
