ASSESSOR'S OFFICE
MISSION
The provincial and municipal assessor shall join hands to make and keep an updated record of all real properties located within his jurisdiction for taxation purposes, guided by the fundamental principles described in Sec. 198, LGC of 1991; automation of all real property transactions, i.e. assessment, billing, payment, and collection liquidation processes; general revision, and; to furnish a copy to the provincial/municipal treasurer who shall notify, on the basis of such record, the owner of the property or person having legal interest therein of the tax impose and for collection.
VISION
A revenue generating department equipped with modern technology, manned with knowlegeable human resources who are committed to the proper, efficient, and effective administration of provincial taxes, aimed at improving the financial capability of the province towards growth and developments of its constitutents.
