VISION
By 2012, The office of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development is the principle actor in the promotion of social justice, social amelioration, protection and development among disadvantaged, less privileged and marginalized sectors in Misamis Oriental in the attainment of sustainable human development.
MISSION
To foster, plan and implement comprehensive, integrative, culture-spiritual sensitive and gender responsive social welfare programs and services anchored on Good Governance and Eco-Tourism in empowering various clientele population and communities in Misamis Oriental to become self-reliant and active partners towards nation building.
