HOLD THE LINE

After its first loss (0-2) to CDO Green early in the morning of February 17, the front-running Gingoog stumbled in the first set against Talisayan in the afternoon match over at the Barangay Looc covered courts in Salay town.
But playing under the probing eyes of Gingoog City sports czars Efren Pollentes and Tedd Javier, the Gingoog spikers woke up in time to prevail in a tough three-setter duel, 23-25, 25-22, 15-9 and keep with the lead of the Paglaum Cup men’s volleyball for District 1 division.
