The 1st implementers of the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program

Being one of the 1st implementers of the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, a flagship of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr administration, we are ecstatic to conduct the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Valleyview Township in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan together with the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), RGJ Realty Corporation and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tagoloan.
This project which is worth almost 14 Billion pesos is a 25-buiding township with 13-stories per building situated in almost 14 hectares lot in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan will provide livable communities to 10,400 beneficiaries who are low-income earners, informal settlers and underprivileged individuals ensuring proper shelter and security for Misamisnons.
Moreover, the rippling effect of this project would greatly impact positively the economic activity and growth of the province generating more than 1500 employment opportunities and additional livelihood to many entrepreneurs.
