Invitation to Submit Proposal/s

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Misamis Oriental enacted Ordinance No. 1594-2023 or “An Ordinance Prescribing the Guidelines and Procedures for Entering Into Joint Venture Agreement with Private Entities in the Province of Misamis Oriental“.

Pursuant to the said Ordinance, the Provincial GOvernment of Misamis Oriental, through its Joint Venture Selection Committee (JV-SC), would like to invite Private Sector Proponents (PSPs) to enter and participate in a Competitive Challenge for the development of Provincial Capitol compound and other related properties by submitting Proposal/s base on the above-mention Ordinance.

The deadline for the submission of all proposal/s is on December 9, 2023, 12:00 NN, at the Provincial Administrator’s Office.
