Ceaseless efforts for Agriculture Development for Poverty Eradication
With our ceaseless efforts for Agriculture Development for Poverty Eradication, we conducted a Dairy Farms Assessment with different Dairy Farms in the province together with Dr. Lee Seung Heon of Richmade Philippines to evaluate and suggest ways on improving Dairy Farm production in the province. We looked into cattle nutrition, farm environment and facilities, and farm routines which are highly essential in dairy production.
This was followed by a Dairy Farmer’s Forum where participants were given first hand information on how to increase milk production of cattle at lower operational cost. We continue our efforts to help our local farmers increase production to ensure maximum income that will alleviate them for poverty thus achieving our goal for a Single-Digit Poverty Incident (SDPI) in the entire province of Misamis Oriental.
