𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 – We joined a meeting with the constructors in Misamis Oriental to discuss several important matters. Key points of discussion included the presentation of the skills map report and the necessity of establishing a venue for collaboration and the presentation of the Skills Inventory within the province. Additionally, there was a strong emphasis on encouraging all construction companies to prioritize the recruitment of local workers for their infrastructure projects.
Throughout the meeting, we addressed various issues, challenges, and concerns related to project implementation and completion. It was underscored that local workers must meet all necessary requirements for social benefits and be prepared to apply for jobs. The objective of the meeting was to ensure effective collaboration and promote local employment opportunities within the construction sector in Misamis Oriental.
