Efforts for Agriculture Development for Poverty Eradication

Continuing our efforts for Agriculture Development for Poverty Eradication, we are proud to Launch the Mobile Modular Food Processing Facility (MMFPF) or the Food on the Road Innovation and Processing (FoodtrIP) Facility with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) based at the Misamis Oriental Sustainable Development Center (MOSDC), Barangay Ane-i in the municipality of Claveria , one (1) of the only four (4) facilities in the country which will help in the value chain food processing for a healthy economic activity that will improve production and dispersal of basic agricultural products as well as increase farmers’ income and employment opportunities. This Mobile Drying Facility can be transported all over the province of Misamis Oriental to help farmers in the reduction of agricultural waste product and surplus while maintaining good manufacturing practices. This is a clear manifestation of our active collaboration with the National Government to aide us in our vision for a Single-Digit Poverty Incidence (SDPI) for a progressive Misamis Oriental.
