Development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises
We attended the meeting convened by representatives from various agencies and organizations involved in the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Each agency presented its priority projects and programs for the year 2024, outlining initiatives aimed at promoting and supporting MSME growth and sustainability.
During the presentations, we learned about detailed plans and strategies tailored to address the needs and challenges faced by MSMEs in the region. Topics covered ranged from access to financing and technology to capacity building, market development, and entrepreneurship support. Each agency’s initiatives were aimed at fostering a conducive environment for MSME development, promoting innovation, competitiveness, and sustainability in the sector.
This meeting provided us with valuable insights into the collaborative efforts among stakeholders to empower MSMEs and drive economic growth and development in Misamis Oriental and Cagayan de Oro City.
