The groundbreaking and capsule laying ceremony for the multi-purpose building project in Barangay Hinaplanan, with a budget of ₱4,933,145.73, and Barangay Lanise, Claveria, Misamis Oriental, with a budget of ₱4,934,742.12, was conducted. This significant project is made possible through funding provided by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), led by Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan, under the initiative of Congressman Bambi Emano.
