We assured that the spiritual and moral foundations of the families of these workers who are left behind will be well taken cared of through our Moral Values Recovery Program (MVRP) who will ensure that family ties will continue to grow despite the distance of work these migrant workers will have to sacrifice. Similarly, we encouraged the Seasonal Workers to constantly save and set aside for entrepreneurial opportunities once their 5-month contract will end. This way, they can further help themselves and the totality of the Misamis Oriental economy.
