Affirming the progressive state of Region-X, we are one with the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) as we conducted the Ceremonial Launching of the Northern Mindanao Regional Development Plan 2023-2028 as well as the Turnover of the participated by Local Government Units, Regional Line Agencies, Private Sectors, Academe, Developmental Parterns and all Stakeholders to achieve inclusive growth for our collective aspirations to become an International Gateway, Leading Agricultural Hub, and Major Industrial, Tourism and Trade Center in the Philippines.
